The name “Siege The Day” is trademarked to our company in regards to catapults.

All of our catapults are covered under the Berne Convention and by U.S. law under artistic copyright.

If you would like to copy our catapults for group projects (such as the Scouts) you may do so with our written permission.

Replicating our catapults for profit or monetary gain is prohibited and will result in legal action.

Our catapults carry a lifetime warranty.

If our catapults break for any reason, we will fix or replace them for free.

Ropes, torsion dowels, slings, sling lines, lost triggers, and bungee/tubing is not covered.

Replacements for these parts are available at cost however.
